Initial Consultation - Complimentary: A brief consultation to understand the client’s business needs, current processes, and how support may be provided for import/export operations.

Call-Out: Scheduled or urgent support sessions including live consultation, document walkthroughs, or real-time issue resolution related to active import/export matters

Terms: Advisory services only. Client responsible for filings and regulatory compliance. Response times vary by plan level.

Essential Plan - $4,000 / month

• Essential Plan: ongoing import/export consulting, documentation guidance and review, trade process support, email support during business hours, monthly advisory check-in.

Professional Plan - $6,000 / month

• Professional Plan: everything in Essential, plus priority response support, up to 4 call-outs per month, deeper compliance and process review, operational guidance for active transactions.

Executive Plan - $10,000 / month

• Executive Plan: full consulting support across operations, unlimited advisory access within scope, priority handling, ongoing process optimization, strategic guidance for complex transactions, high-level oversight of import/export activities.
